- After you have completed most of the coursework, submit your Graduate Planning & Audit System (GPAS). Instructions
- Submit your GPAS exceptions requests if necessary. - Instructions.
- Assign members to your prelim committee after your GPAS has been submitted and approved. Not all faculty may serve on your committee. Find committee members in the Graduate Faculty Role List Database; search under 'Kinesiology Ph.D.'. If you cannot find the member in the list, please contact the Graduate Program Coordinator.
- Have your faculty adviser sign the prelim written internal report form (linked below) and send it to the Graduate Program Coordinator via email together with your prelim exam questions, answers, and comments from your committee members.
- Schedule the Prelim Oral Exam with the Graduate School at least one week in advance. Contact the Graduate Program Coordinator to reserve a room for your exam.
